Concern of intermittent check engine light and stop engine light. Unit was recently in a repair shop. No information giving on recent repairs. Connected to engine service tool. Collected recent inactive faults and active faults. Active faults for P170B – Lambda sensor P170E – Nox before the catalyst. Inactive faults P0087 – Fuel pressure P0217 ECT – P0187 – Fuel Pressure P2280 – Common rail fuel pressure. Performed visual inspection. Found. Fuel rail pressure and HPV harness connectors on the J1 harness will not properly latch and or seat. Recommend replacing harness connectors and retest. Found primary fuel filter is full. Recommend replacing and retest. Continued with inspection. Found power steering, fuel lift pump and air compressor are leaking. Recommend reseal or replace. Continued inspection found air compressor discharge hose is rubbing and leaking. Recommend replace. Found during inspection main chassis has rubbed through and is corroded. Recommended replacing and retest. No Repair Estimate. Unit needs towed.
